Flour Tortillas – I used the 8 inch flour tortillas, as they filled my 8 inch sultry pan perfectly. If you have other sizes, you may need to trim them lanugo to fit.
How to make a burrito casserole
In a large pan, brown the onion and chopped spring onion. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the pasta is cooked. The onions are soft. Removes any fat present.
Add taco seasoning, water, and distressed beans. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the chopped tomatoes with cream.
Cover with aluminium foil and blow for 30-40 minutes until everything is hot.
Remove from the oven and cover with the desired ingredients.
Recipe suggestions and variations
If you're not a fan of cured beans, mix them up! Red or refried beans are an unlimited substitute. Or if you don't like it if you don't need the beans you can omit them or use corn. Or just add corn if you prefer.

In this recipe I used ground white, but pretty much any Proteins work. You can use ground turkey or diced yellow breast.

- 1 kilo of lean ground beef

- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with unflavoured pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese mix
